Job Description

At Softtest Pays, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading hands-on engagement with Data and Analytics business areas as a senior Business Implementation or Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Business Readiness Plans: Construct a detailed plan of activity to support the business in identifying and responding to impacts to their business areas in a Data and Analytics context.
  2. Business Process Analysis: Undertake current state and future state business process analysis to identify changes to support business readiness activities such as operational procedure updates, training needs, etc.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of business analysts and change analysts to support impacted business areas through the business implementation activities.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Work with, and positively influence, internal and external stakeholders to autonomously identify and overcome delivery risks and issues.
  5. Project Management: Manage and maintain a project schedule to ensure dependencies with other delivery teams are identified and managed to prevent risks and ensure a quality outcome.
Desirable Skills
  1. Data Analysis: Hands-on data analysis skills using contemporary analytics capabilities (e.g. SQL, Python).
  2. Project Management Tools: Experience using Clarizen project management tool.
  3. Documentation: Experience using contemporary project documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA).
  4. Business Requirements: Experience writing detailed business requirements and business process documents.
