About the Role

The role of Human Resources Business Partner is a pivotal one in supporting the Australasian businesses. You will report to the Head of People Culture and Capability as part of the People & Culture team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to provide strategic advice and support in implementing our people strategy and practices.
  • Coaching and advising managers on people management activities, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, recognition programs, professional development, performance management, and health and safety.
  • Leading case management of sensitive and complex employment issues to effective resolution in conjunction with the business.
  • Driving frontline training and leadership development initiatives within your area of responsibility.
  • Championing change and being actively involved in organisational change management requirements.

You will work closely with managers on workforce planning activities to enhance operational efficiencies, increase productivity, and improve employee engagement.

Requirements for this role include relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 5 years' experience in generalist HR, excellent knowledge of current employment laws, and strong skills in managing Employee Relations matters end-to-end.
