We are seeking a strategic talent acquisition and people advisor who will drive hiring campaigns, employer brand initiatives, and people strategies.

This role requires a collaborative mindset to develop and execute recruitment campaigns, employer brand initiatives, and support the execution of our people strategies. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, delivering inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders, managing employee transitions, supporting internal communication activities, and maintaining accurate HR data.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, aligning talent strategies with workforce needs by creating effective job postings, managing applicant tracking systems, and coordinating interview processes.
  • Deliver inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing and implementing inclusive hiring practices, providing training and resources for hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity laws.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent by building strong relationships, conducting market research, and developing effective employer branding strategies.
  • Manage employee transitions, offer processes, and onboarding documentation to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Support internal communication activities by developing and disseminating HR-related communications, such as company announcements, policy updates, and benefit information.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support compliance, audits, and HR operations by developing and implementing HR systems, managing HR metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
