Job Title: Strategic Leadership Advisor

The Strategic Leadership Advisor will play a pivotal role in driving organisational excellence by aligning regional and school teams to achieve strategic outcomes under Equity and Excellence. This involves building capacity across the state in the effective utilisation of evidence-based strategies to enhance student engagement at schools.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with regional experts and school staff to develop high-quality curriculum supports that cater to students' needs.
  • Identify skill gaps among regional and school staff and provide tailored training, coaching, and resources to ensure best practice in service delivery.
  • Lead and conduct innovative projects and research activities focused on improving service delivery and continuous quality enhancement within schools.
  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of strategic initiatives, informing current and future agendas.
  • Foster a productive, inclusive, and safe work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities Include
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to senior officers and stakeholders on issues related to the specific accountabilities of the role.
