Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and operations staff, managing resource allocation, assembly process, quality management, and equipment delivery.
This is an immediate start opportunity with the potential to lead to a 3-4 month contract or ongoing permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a high-performing team of engineers and operations staff
- Strategic resource allocation, assembly process optimization, and quality management
- Communication with senior leaders, including the CEO, Engineering Director, and Chief Customer Officer
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or Equipment Manufacturing
- Experience in test environments and manufacturing processes (Mechanical, Electrical, Software components)
- Understanding of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, WHS, and MedTech Regulatory Standards
- Project Management experience and exceptional communication skills
- Tactical and hands-on approach, SME experience in rapid growth
- Continuous improvement mindset, Lean manufacturing principles
