Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Operations Expert to lead our manufacturing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to resolve complex manufacturing issues and implement process improvements
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing principles
  • Ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for safety, quality, and cost enhancements
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Engineering or related field; Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical, Biomedical, or Mechatronics preferred
  • Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a regulated industry
  • Proven track record of working within a quality management system
  • Competent in problem-solving, design, manufacturing process development, and influencing stakeholders

  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing and GMP regulations
  • Process knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work within a manufacturing management system (e.g., LEAN)
