About the Role
  • Lead and mentor a highly tenured team of 25 product staff including assembly workers, fitters, welders, and painters.
  • Drive the digitisation of workflows and implement performance visual dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among production staff.
  • Champion workplace health and safety standards and promote a culture of proactive risk management.
  • Implement and maintain an ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring all documentation, audits, and corrective actions are up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8 years' experience in production leadership roles within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing manufacturing systems and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and guidelines.
  • Experience with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, low ego leadership style.
