**Operations Manager **to join their business.

**The Position**
Having full accountability for the manufacturing site, you will be responsible for outputs in manufacturing, quality, stock control and supply chain including warehousing and distribution. Working closely with senior management, you will work closely with a highly motivated team and focus on continuous improvement as the business continues to grow.

The
**Operations Manager** will oversee the entire site, which operates 5 days per week, delivering innovation and operational improvements to secure production output for the future. With a staff of over 30, you will focus on developing and maintaining a high-performing team, one that is always seeking better ways of doing things.

**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- proven operational management experience in a manufacturing business, ideally in agriculture
- exceptional people leadership skills, leading large teams in a manufacturing environment and a proven history of collaboration and integration
- strong skills in coaching and mentoring staff to align with Company goals, values, and objectives
- experience in compliance management with all regulatory requirements, including WHS
- an affinity to solve problems through effective data analysis and root cause investigation
- a passion for the highest levels of customer service and product quality
- high levels of drive and energy with a proactive work style
