Customer Service Role

As an agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.

  • Answer and record guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and process guest requests for wake-up calls.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
  • Log all guest requests or issues into the system and contact the appropriate individual or department.
  • Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
  • Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment.
