Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, providing exceptional hospitality, and making every stay memorable.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will be responsible for handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing guest accounts, and promoting hotel amenities and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate record-keeping.
- Upsell and promote hotel amenities and services to increase revenue and enhance guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, be flexible, and have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional guest service.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations.
- Skilled at collaborating within teams, as well as working independently.
