**The opportunity**:
Work at Australia's only Theme Park Resort Interact with our guests during check in and check out, take reservations, answer calls and assist guests with their queries.

**Your day to day**:

- Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in and check-out process
- Collect, store and deliver guest luggage
- Assist with guest needs, provide information and resolve general guest concerns
- Prepare internal reports and arrivals for the next day
- Cash handling and accounts reconciliation

**What you'll bring**:

- A high level of interpersonal skills
- Experience working under pressure and in a team environment
- Passion and drive for exceptional customer service
- Dedicated to excellence and to produce exceptional results
- Available to work on any day including weekends and nights
- Opera Property Management System experience desirable
