About the Role

This is a 12-month contractual role as an HR Business Partner - Talent Management with the Senior Human Resource Business partner (HRBP) on strategic, local business and human resource priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with the People & Culture team to create belonging, ensure we are future ready, and drive growth every day.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Management: Partner with the internal Talent Acquisition team to work on recruitment, from interviewing to facilitating onboarding for different teams.
  2. Business Partnership: Serve as a business partner to certain business groups and work closely with managers and employees in a variety of work in multiple functional areas of Human Resources.
  3. Projects: Assist and where possible lead a range of value-add services, projects, and business improvement initiatives under our People Strategy.
  4. Training and Development: Coordinate training and development, working to implement processes to drive excellence and coordinate the logistics of local training calendars and training events.
  5. Processes: Contribute to the continuous review, improvement, and implementation of HR procedures, forms, and processes.
  6. Generalist: Handle general HR queries from across the teams on recruitment, training, leave, etc.

Educational Requirements

A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are highly desirable.
