
Developmental Services Specialist

CliniKids, an early intervention therapy provider, seeks a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services to young children with autism or developmental delays. This role involves working with a diverse team of researchers, therapists, and psychologists in facilities tailored for neurodiverse families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based, family-centred occupational therapy services (individual and group).
- Implement manualised interventions, such as ESDM, as selected by CliniKids.
- Contribute to clinical resources and participate in community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, NDIS, and other funder requirements.
- Support research initiatives and participate in forums and team learning.
This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a dynamic approach to therapy, and a passion for working with young children and their families.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including autism early intervention.
- Familiarity with National Guidelines for supporting autistic children in Australia.
