**Portfolio Details**:

The portfolio size is capped at 160 properties, with leasing support and a field agent available to assist with out-of-office appointments. The Leasing Consultant and Administration teams are dedicated to providing support. The portfolio is based in Glen Waverley and surrounding areas, with a Bayside office location.

**Career Advancement Opportunities**:

- Competitive remuneration package up to $90,000 depending on experience
