Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Coordinator to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and resolution for customers regarding their aircraft support needs.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills, technical knowledge of aircraft parts, and experience in aftermarket, customer service, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to aircraft support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Monitor customer accounts, perform release verification, and assist with freight forwarding for international customers.
  • Train and guide Sales Coordinators, providing quality standards training to employees and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare daily activity reports and communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent plus general knowledge of aircraft parts and blueprint reading.
  • At least 5 years of experience in aftermarket, customer service, or manufacturing environments, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
  • Aircraft experience beneficial; SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, understand, and analyze illustrated parts catalogs, overhaul manuals, and aircraft engine manuals.
  • Working knowledge of US export/import regulations and trade agreements.
