Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics CRM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Technology group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on administrative position that requires a high degree of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have experience supporting live Microsoft D365 environments, with a focus on environment governance, access security, user support, and system stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern and administer multiple D365 environments, including DEV/UAT/PROD.
  • Manage access security, user setup, role assignments, and license administration via Entra ID.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of D365 security models (roles, tasks, duties, privileges, hierarchy, and field-level security).
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for production issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate and validate application testing, updates, and pre-deployment releases.
  • Support and monitor integrations (APIs, Power BI, HealthLink, external platforms).
About You

We are looking for a technically strong and solutions-focused professional with:

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
  • Proven background in environment governance and access security administration.
  • Experience managing integrated enterprise-scale D365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs).
  • Exposure to financial systems and supply chain processes (advantageous).
