We are seeking an Australian Citizen with Security Clearance to fill the role of a MS Dynamics Functional Consultant having 5-7 years of relevant Dynamics CRM experience.

The successful candidate will be able to translate business processes into system configurations and implementations of the business processes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Functional SME will analyze complex business problems and help define the solution within the CRM system.

This is a mid-senior level full-time Information Technology role in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interfaces with Business and IT cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems
  2. Perform gap analysis: as-is vs to-be
  3. Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
  4. Accurately translate business requirements into functionality
  5. Manage requirements to meet business expectations
  6. Prioritize business requirements and recommend changes to multiple business processes
Mandatory Skills
  1. Thorough understanding of the CRM business functions for which applications are used
  2. Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple implementations and/or platform upgrade
  3. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels
