Our client is a professional membership association representing approximately 8,000 members in Australia. It is a professional, progressive organisation with a friendly and collaborative culture.

They are looking to recruit a Dynamics 365 CRM Support Consultant on a 12-month fixed term contract with a likely conversion to perm.

In this role you will to be responsible for the support, administration and improvement of the Dynamic 365 CRM environment which is a critical component of our client's core systems.

Required experience and proficiency will include:

- 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and a deep understanding of CRM systems and functionality overall
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to accurately capture and document requirements, solution proposals, and costs
- Experience with PowerBI and Upbeat Membership tool an advantage
- Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering and process mapping
