Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Consultant

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position as a Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing solutions on MS CRM D365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Develop, deploy, customize, test, and integrate complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Microsoft Certification relevance on related platforms and products.
  • Implement integration with third-party solutions using APIs.
  • Work according to the norms defined in the ISMS 27001 policy.
Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and its various modules.
  • Experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.
  • Familiarity with core Microsoft offerings.
Professional Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
