About the Company:
Our client is a rapidly growing full-service development and construction company delivering high-quality projects across all industry sectors in Australia.
The Position:
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction, including multi-level construction, from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage the project cost plan, including detailed estimates and project trade budgets.
- Manage the entire design process, including developing performance briefs, room data sheets, and concept design through to construction documents.
- Manage subcontractors and have a strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
- Have advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software such as Jobpac.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Have a high degree of commercial acumen and customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed ability to build and develop positive business relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction project management, specifically multi-level construction.
- Experience in specialising in the delivery of commercial projects up to $40m.
- Proven track record for completing quality projects on time and to budget, while maintaining a positive, safe, and productive attitude.
