Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in events sales or account coordination, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also be highly organized and able to meet deadlines.

The role involves managing client relationships, preparing floor plans, and performing site visits as required. The successful candidate will be a hard worker with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

  • Liaise with clients on event details and requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for quotes and bookings
  • Offer event design concepts utilising existing & new product ranges
  • Prepare floor plans as required
  • Day to day management of allocated client portfolio
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and other industry stakeholders
  • Perform site visits and client meetings
  • Host clients in the showroom
  • Manage the showroom and keep current with new products
  • Increase client and job profitability through sales techniques and efficiency in administering quotes and bookings

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be a team player. They will be highly motivated and eager to learn and grow with the company.
