Technical Solutions Expert

About the Role:

Vanta is a cybersecurity company that secures the internet and protects consumer data. We believe security should be continuously monitored and verified, empowering companies to practice better security and prove it with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discussions with key prospects and customers to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product capabilities, integrations, configurations messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape to provide expert advice.
  • Listen carefully to prospects and clients to gather market feedback and prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities.
  • Support customers throughout their trial process with Vanta, addressing technical queries and providing product guidance.
  • Develop product examples, documentation, and critical resources for customers to ensure seamless adoption.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or equivalent title.
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience with a strong background in cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to operate in a startup environment lacking structure.
  • Be creative, technical, and naturally persuasive with excellent communication skills.
