About Us

We are seeking a detailer to research and develop new construction details for all aspects of residential home design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop innovative solutions for residential home design and construction to enhance buildability on site.
  • Collaborate with drafting and construction teams to produce detailed documentation for distribution to internal departments and external suppliers, manufacturers and trades.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of existing construction details and update them as requested to ensure availability across the organisation.
  • Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal design and construction teams as well as external suppliers, manufacturers, and trades.
About You:
  • You will share our passion for quality and be aligned to our core values.
  • In addition, you will demonstrate: A tertiary qualification in drafting, architecture or similar; Experience using CAD software (ArchiCAD experience will be highly regarded); 1+ years experience in a drafting role; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; Sound understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards; Highly motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
