Residential Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Building Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative residential designs.

  • Develop high-quality design documentation across various stages, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Liaise with councils and certifiers to support approvals and compliance.
  • Maintain consistency across BIM libraries, templates, and drawing standards.
  • Work closely with the pre-construction team to meet project deadlines.

About You

  • Certificate IV or relevant qualification in Building Design or Residential Drafting.
  • Proficient in Archicad (required); Revit experience highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and Australian construction standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in residential design (e.g. detached homes, terraces, duplexes).
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
