Design Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a role in our design delivery pipeline. As a key member of this team, you will prepare and manage high-quality documentation across various stages of development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate documentation for detached, terrace, and integrated housing projects.
  • Translate concepts into working drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues early and maintain consistency across BIM libraries, templates, and drawing standards.
  • Liaise with authorities to support smooth approvals and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Hold a Certificate IV or relevant qualification in Building Design or Residential Drafting.
  • Be proficient in Archicad (required) and have experience with Revit (desirable).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance documentation and Australian construction standards.
  • Showcase experience in residential design (e.g., detached homes, terraces, duplexes).
  • Possess high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
