Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and strategic HR services to our clients
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our clients to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Provide training and development opportunities to our clients' employees
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to apply industrial awards, employment legislation, policies and procedures
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of recruitment and selection services
  • Proven ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, both written and oral
