About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational support to the organization, focusing on talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection services. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on industrial awards, employment legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Provide generalist support in other functional areas, such as industrial relations and learning and development
