Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

As a key member of The NRMA's People and Culture team, you will play a vital role in driving successful People and Culture initiatives and strategic objectives. Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, you will collaborate with various teams to facilitate tactical execution of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of people initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver cyclical People activities.
  • Implement change management and project management skills to successfully deliver key projects.
  • Gather data and provide insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and themes to support People initiatives and measure their success.
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership to identify and design optimal business structures, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Develop action initiatives with the support of others.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and contribute to the development of P&C strategic initiatives to solve people problems and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Under the leadership of the General Manager of People and Culture, collaborate with key business stakeholders to interpret business needs and people initiatives.
  • Lead Cultural Transformation initiatives – Develop and implement strategic programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.

• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders.

• Strong project management and change management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational effectiveness.

• Ability to develop and implement strategic programs.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
