Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced individual for the role of Learning and Development Specialist.

This is a permanent or fixed-term full-time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a customer-centric culture and demonstrating a constant approach to organisation values and behaviours.
  • Contributing effectively to business improvement and change management activities.
  • Undertaking all duties in accordance with relevant legislation, including the WA Public Sector Code of Ethics, Work Health and Safety, and Equal Employment requirements.
  • Proactively contributing to maintaining the WHS Framework.
  • Taking personal accountability for your performance and participating in all performance development activities.
