Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professional

As a skilled healthcare professional, you will be part of a highly dedicated team working in palliative care.

About the Role:
  • This casual role is for an experienced and skilled registered nurse (RN 3 and above).
  • Based at Greenwich, you will work on a rotating roster – AM, PM, ND – providing quality nursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, effective patient care in accordance with our mission.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Two years minimum post-graduate experience and working towards a post-graduate palliative care qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Experience working in the specialty area of palliative care in an inpatient setting or community is desirable.
