Palliative care role based at a hospital on a rotating roster. We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team.
About the Role- This casual role is for a skilled and dedicated registered nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
- You will be part of a highly dedicated team working a rotating roster, AM, PM, ND.
We offer a stimulating workplace and a supportive team environment within the unit.
The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative care and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality nursing care to patients with palliative care needs.
- To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Two years minimum post-graduate experience.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Experience working in palliative care in an inpatient setting or community is desirable.
