Senior Human Resources Professional

The Perdaman Ceres project is a large-scale gas stream ammonia-urea plant with a production capacity of 2.14 MMTPA, located in the Burrup Strategic Industrial Area on the North-West coastline of Western Australia.
Saipem and Clough Group have been awarded the project for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) work.
As Project HR Manager, you will lead, manage, and deliver all human resources functions within the project environment, ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards and compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated HR strategies, coordinating global HR project needs, acting as the single point of accountability for HR performance delivery, designing and maintaining the Project Human Resources / Industrial Relations Plan, and promoting adherence to company HR procedures and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, minimum 10 years of experience in HR operations within large-scale project environments, strong knowledge of labor law, industrial relations, and local compliance requirements, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English.
