City employees enjoy a work environment that encourages professional development and promotes a healthy work-life balance.About this positionWorking across all functions of human resources, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of efficient and effective Human Resources services to the employees of the City.You will work in a team of experienced HR practitioners with an opportunity to support and lead a range of projects across all disciplines within the HR function including Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Selection, and Learning and Development.What we are looking forTo be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:Substantial experience in the delivery of Human Resources services.Effective communication skills both verbal and written.A high level of planning and organisational skills.Ability to coordinate personal workload with minimal supervision.Effective interpersonal skills to engage and build positive business relationships and influence positive outcomes.Current driver's licence.Tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent, and/or substantial relevant experience.Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old).
