Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our presence in the Sydney area.

LingoAce is a global leader in online language education, offering interactive and personalized learning experiences for children aged 3-15. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and experienced professional to support market expansion and partnerships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sydney area, building strategic relationships with schools, community organizations, and parent groups.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and institutional partners.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and refine regional growth strategies.
  • Sales & Performance Management: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive business growth in the local area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong connections and established partnerships within the local community are a significant advantage.
