Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional to strengthen our sales team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving growth across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through strategic outreach and prospecting initiatives
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets while leveraging existing relationships to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships while actively managing your sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services by understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships to drive growth
  • Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Background in construction, operations, or bird/pest management (highly regarded)
  • Confidence in cold-calling and planning sales activity across the Sydney metro area
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Current and valid Australian driver's license
