Business Development Manager - Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our team in the Sydney region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer relationships.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and customer success managers, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective customer engagement.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and a deep understanding of the banking industry and its trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking industry trends and developments
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their sales skills

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (advantageous)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in the banking industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
