Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our go-to-market strategy in Sydney.

This involves proactively identifying and pursuing strategic engagements, as well as managing key client relationships.

The successful candidate will work closely with specialists in our broader Clients & Markets team to support and initiate collaboration on go-to-market activity and pursue opportunities for the firm.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop appropriate business objectives and activities for local growth priority areas in alignment with the firm's go-to-market framework.
  • Drive growth initiatives across the firm for go-to-market strategy at the local level.
  • Manage certain local and national strategic client relationships.
  • Develop and grow pipelines for local priority areas.
  • Identify and end-to-end support high value strategic opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, develop and convert leads in line with the local growth priority area's quality client criteria.

This role requires experience in business development and client relationship management within professional services, approximately 7 years of experience and strong communication, rapport-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
