We are seeking a seasoned business professional to join our corporate development team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with various lines of business to identify, assess and execute key corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, investments and other strategic opportunities.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and monitoring potential corporate development opportunities.
- Assisting with financial and strategic assessments of potential opportunities.
- Preparing insightful analysis and conclusions based on financial and commercial data to support recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Providing support during the execution of transactions and key projects, working alongside internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Building relationships with other departments and divisions within the organization.

About You And Your SkillsIf you have:
- A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- An understanding of corporate finance concepts and financial modeling.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
