Job Overview

This is a Founding Product Designer role where you'll set the tone for design at our company. As our founding designer, you'll shape our product and influence how we grow, ensuring families experience developmental healthcare.

We're looking for an amazing Designer who can balance execution speed with thoughtful design and functions well in ambiguity.

About the Role

You'll be part of a team that reflects the families we serve: diverse in background, identity, and lived experience. Part of that commitment means making sure our hiring process is fair and inclusive.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and the ability to design for both emotion and function.

You should have experience designing for health, education, or family-focused products and exposure to early-stage environments where they've been the first (or one of the first) design hires.
