About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Design Visionary to lead our service management opportunities. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to shape the future of Service Management and drive user-centered design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic vision and design outcomes for complex systems and enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Apply systems thinking to drive better design outcomes in complex environments.
  • Create experience models for emerging capabilities and lead design projects from creation to execution.
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment around ideas and ensure design solutions deliver customer value through identified metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of product design experience in complex systems, enterprise SaaS, or scalable design solutions.
  • Deep expertise in systems design thinking and creating scalable design models.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills using research, data insights, and design thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design principles and cohesive designs.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams and proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A strong track record of coaching and mentoring designers to raise craft quality and foster a growth mindset.
