To enshrine our product vision, strategy, process, roadmap, and analytics into the business, we seek a Product Visionary.
This role requires strong product management experience, with 5+ years of owning a product roadmap and executing against it. The ideal candidate will deeply empathise with artists and fans, own the roadmap, build the product team, partner design and engineering, bridge partnerships and engineering, think big but start small, be exceptionally pragmatic, and be accountable for product quality.
- Develop a deep understanding of our market, customer personas, how they work, their pain points, macro trends, etc.
- Work closely with our CEO to define our vision and strategy.
- Hire talented individuals to support in materialising your product vision over time.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure everyone is brought along the journey of product discovery and exploration.
- Bridge partnerships and engineering by setting expectations and providing timelines to the partnerships team.
- Be accountable for ensuring we always deliver a world-class product experience.
