As a Lead Product Designer, you will transform how people experience growth and development at work, making coaching effective and accessible at scale. You'll define the design vision for future-facing, AI-enabled features and inspire a culture of innovation—delivering impactful outcomes for millions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape product vision: Own and evolve the design direction for Coach, crafting engaging, intuitive experiences that address user onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead AI-driven discovery: Define, design, and refine user journeys for discovering and interacting with AI-powered coaching features. Use AI as a creative catalyst to amplify product possibilities and outcomes.
  • Drive design excellence: Uphold high standards in design craft and user experience. Rapidly explore, prototype, and test new concepts while considering edge cases, UX nuance, and interaction quality.
  • Champion research & insight: Partner closely with researchers and product managers to lead advanced quantitative and qualitative research, using insight to inform product direction and evidence-based decisions.
  • Project leadership & product strategy: Plan and lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders, building clear project plans and adapting approaches to drive meaningful growth and deliver business impact.
  • Systems design: Design cohesive experiences and contribute to the evolution of our design system, seamlessly connecting interactions across broader product architecture.
  • Mentorship & influence: Provide thought leadership, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and proactively mentor other designers to raise the bar for design across the Coach area.
  • Collaboration & culture: Co-create outcomes with product managers, engineers, researchers, marketers, and data scientists. Shape team rituals and best practices, improving both product excellence and organisational culture.

About You:

  • You have 6+ years of product design experience, including leadership of growth initiatives in SaaS or enterprise contexts.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates polished UI, robust UX thinking, and clear, measurable impact on user behaviour and commercial outcomes.
  • You have hands-on experience designing and optimising AI-powered features; fluency with modern AI tools to amplify creativity and design craft.
  • You are a skilled systems thinker who links granular interaction details to overarching product architecture.
  • You are bold, visionary, and able to rally teams around compelling design narratives—willing to take creative risks and push boundaries.
  • You operate with high autonomy in ambiguous spaces, initiating, exploring, and delivering meaningful value without waiting for permission.
  • You combine user research, product data, and design intuition to make smart decisions and unlock new opportunities.
  • You are detail-oriented with the ability to move quickly, balancing speed and craft from exploration through delivery.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, driving co-creation and shaping design culture, rituals, and best practices.
  • You are growth-oriented and reflective: actively seeking feedback, encouraging improvement, and cultivating development of yourself and peers.
