Visionary Product Designer

We are seeking a talented individual to own and drive the end-to-end design strategy for our web and app experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the design vision: Set and execute the overarching design strategy.
- Lead the journey: Define and drive UX and Product Design across discovery, engagement, checkout, and post-purchase for web and app.
- Evolve the design system: Maintain a scalable, consistent, and brand-aligned design system across all platforms.
- Enhance design quality: Maintain and raise the bar for usability, accessibility, and conversion-optimised design.
- Inspire and mentor: Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and experimentation.
- Collaborate for impact: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Insights, and Customer Service to deliver unified, customer-first experiences.
- Drive business outcomes: Use evidence-based UX insights and user research to influence product strategy, prioritisation, and customer perception.
