Product Design Visionary

We're seeking a talented Product Design Lead to drive our end-to-end design strategy for web and app experiences. As a visionary, you'll set the design vision, own the design system, and lead a team of designers to create inclusive and delightful journeys for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the design vision and ensuring every touchpoint aligns with brand and customer experience goals.
  • Defining and driving UX and Product Design across discovery, engagement, checkout, and post-purchase for web and app.
  • Championing our design system and evolving it to be scalable, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Maintaining and raising the bar for usability, accessibility, and conversion-optimised design.
  • Inspiring and mentoring a talented team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and experimentation.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Insights, and Customer Service to deliver unified customer-first experiences.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in Product Design, UX, and mobile-first responsive design at scale.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of growing and uplifting design teams.
  • Experience collaborating across design, product, engineering, and brand functions.
  • Strategic thinking with a sharp eye for implementation detail, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
  • Strong capabilities in UX research, journey mapping, prototyping, experimentation, and A/B testing.
