We're seeking a dedicated specialist to partner with clients and their families, providing a seamless onboarding experience.

The Client Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the successful integration of our clients into our services. Their primary objective is to build strong relationships with clients and their families, identifying their unique needs and requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients through their onboarding journey, prioritizing speed and efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer service, commercial sensitivity, and compliance.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's circumstances, background, and needs, enabling an individualized approach to support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective onboarding, focusing on high-impact clients or those with urgent clinical or support needs.
  • Reviewing health and allied health plans, liaising with specialist support advisors as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in direct disability support work and/or familiarity with mental health, high-intensity, and/or specialized support.
  • Knowledge of specialized support plans and working with allied health practitioners.
  • A results-driven focus, with ability to work towards KPIs and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to receive calls from clients.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
