Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Onboarding Specialist located in Sydney, NSW. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and utilize our services. This involves conducting training sessions, responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions and feedback to improve future onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client relationship management and customer service experience
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and presentations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in onboarding or training roles is a plus
