**Day to day responsibilities**:
As part of our KYC team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with local and global regulations while onboarding clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough client onboarding in adherence to our KYC policy.
- Regular review of existing clients throughout their journey, including periodic assessments, event-triggered reviews, and offboarding.
- Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary KYC and regulatory documentation.
- Operating within a robust control framework to minimize operational risks associated with client onboarding.
- Upholding internal and external regulatory and compliance standards.

**To be considered for the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Law, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML within the financial services industry, with a focus on corporate, institutional, or wholesale clients.
- Proficiency in performing KYC on diverse entities and onboarding various client types.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Responsiveness, flexibility, and diligence, with a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Full Australian work rights and availability to work four days per week in our Sydney CBD office.
