
HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Provide HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management and training development.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
- Assist with payroll processes.
- Hold a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and possess at least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Valued skills include strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
