Part-Time HR Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape HR practices and ensure compliance with policies and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Provide HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in performance management and training development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
  • Assist with payroll processes.
About You:
  • Hold a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and possess at least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Valued skills include strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
