Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role in shaping a high-performing workplace.

About the Role:

This position involves providing expert advice on employment relations and industrial relations matters, managing performance, investigations, grievance resolution, and Union engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Fair Work laws, enterprise agreements, and modern awards.

Main Responsibilities:
