We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role in shaping a high-performing workplace.
About the Role:This position involves providing expert advice on employment relations and industrial relations matters, managing performance, investigations, grievance resolution, and Union engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Fair Work laws, enterprise agreements, and modern awards.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic HR guidance on ER and IR matters
- Manage employee performance, investigations, and grievances
- Lead organizational initiatives, policy development, and compliance reviews
- Deliver insightful HR analytics and reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to embed a strong company culture
The successful candidate will possess a degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field, with at least 4 years' experience in complex ER/IR environments. They will also have strong influencing, communication, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to manage risk and make confident decisions.
