This is a critical role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and policies.
- Developing and implementing HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those related to workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity, and workers' compensation.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a senior role.
